For the past 25 years, Dr. Brian Bedford has been a leader in equity and inclusion. He has used his vast experience and his dynamic interactive and personal style to engage organizational teams and facilitate transformational change amidst multifaceted challenges. Whether with boards of directors, higher education faculty and administrators, non-profit leaders, or aspiring leaders, Dr. Bedford’s style and extensive experience in various work environments enable him to connect and communicate with people about sensitive topics concerning equity and inclusion. He is uniquely qualified in this work and brings a harmonious mix of lived experiences, work experiences, scholarship, and artfulness that promotes understanding, growth, and change to every engagement. 

Dr. Bedford holds a Bachelor of Arts in Race Relations and Economics, a Master of Business Administration, a Juris Doctorate, and a Doctorate in Education. He is also a certificated executive coach.
